GENESIS  has now been servicing these builders for around two years now and in that time we have made a lot of friends , seen a lot of pic’s of completed projects and those still under construction . One thing that is really interesting is that every one has a slightly different interpretation of what should be done and how to do it and we have learnt a lot in being able to share in there experience.

Some of our stock items have unfortunately are now no longer available due to being out of production others we have dropped because they didn’t prove to be to be popular . Then there are those we have dropped because the price went over the top .

Our parent company is’’ Fibre Glass and Resin Sales ‘’ and has been involved with many projects involving the building of  race cars sports cars , race boats and aircraft of all sizes . One of the problems in building is finding the right tools and the right parts and this is where we believe we can help .

A lot projects stem from Ron Champions book  and others from the Tiger Avon book and a common source of bits is the ford escort and cortina . Many builders in Australia have turned to the humble IZUZU Gemini as a source due to the fact that cortina bits are getting harder to get and as they get harder to get they command more dollars.

We have used these in our “ Gemi ‘’ racer depicted above  and they have proved to very good .  parts used have been front uprights and brakes  ,steering rack ,radiator  ,fuel tank , seat runners , seats  [ cut down ] to name a few.

We stock a number of pieces of interest if you go down this line .

Not every body builds the same sort of car , we have three wheelers and single seat racers built using these parts .  some builders just use the ‘’books’’ as a guide  many go for the ‘’100mm’’ option  that is to say  they widen the book car by 100mm and we have roll bar kits to suit this option .

To maintain security we do not have on line ordering . but would be happy to attend to your order via fax ,mail, email or phone . Payment can be by C/Card  or  cheque . we do not keep credit card details on file , they are destroyed when the transaction is complete.

As Genesis operates out of Fibre Glass & Resin Sales office that’s who will answer the phone . if you wish to call in and look at a paticular part please ring and make an appointment with Charlie as the girls are experts in fibre glass ,  carbon fibre and the like but not up to speed on the Genesis stock . We are happy to respond to any e/mail enquirey within 24 hours and this is probabley the quickest way to answer you .
